Towa Gelens

I promised to post some more info, so here we go:
Towa was born the 18th of February 2008 at 12:40. His weight is 3146 g. and length: 51 cm.
His name in kanji is 橙和, 橙 means literally “bitter orange” (the color orange) and 和 means “Japanese” or “Japanese style”. Together it means something like Japanese Orange. So a Dutch / Japanese mix.

The birth was kinda slow, Sunday the 15th around 05:30 the membranes ruptured, so we went to the hospital. 20 hours later labor begins, which took 12 hours. Very long, but the most important thing is that everything is fine with Towa and Mami.

Towa is very skillfull with drinking from the breast and is hungry every 2 hours and also does a shit in the mean time. Nights without sleep I guess.
