New job - new future
Yes indeed – I’ve got a new job near Esaka station, which is in Suita-city in Osaka. I’m not sure how my function in the company is called, but I guess it is something like system/software engineer. I will be busy both with software, networks and maybe hardware. So not only programming, a job of many kinds. It is really cool that my hobby will be the same as my job.
At the moment I will work for 3 days/14 hours a week. This is because my current visa only allows me to work 14 hours a week. The company will sponsor a visa for me. So basically the only obstacle left is my study in The Netherlands. I have one more course to finish, which I hopefully can do this weekend. After that, no worries anymore!
After the exchange program here in Osaka I will move in with my girlfriend. In the meantime we will search a bigger apartment to live in, because this one is basically just for one person. That’s why I will go to my girlfriend her parents to ask permission. This goes a lil different in Japan. But it will be ok, I just have to prepare very well – her parents don’t speak English at all. I should also think of some kind of present for them, but I still don’t know what. It’s difficult, because I don’t know all the customs in this area.
Anyway, I hope I can pass statistics this weekend. Tomorrow I will go with some friends to “Baruto no Gakuen” to (hopefully) see myself in a movie.
Next time a post in both Japanese and English again.
