Sakura
The cherry blossom (sakura in Japanese) is probably the most famous flower in Japan. They bloom for just a few days to a week in the spring. At this moment they already opened here in Osaka. Near my girlfriends house I took a few pictures of the nicest trees.
Saturday my girlfriend, an other friend and me will go to Osaka Castle to celebrate sakura with hanami (cherry blossom viewing) and have a picknick underneath the trees.
